Who is the Executive & Leadership Workshop suitable for?
We have created a workshop that we consider as a fundamental training for managers and executives who want to improve their leadership skills and establish an employee-oriented company culture. Moreover, we are social beings and are dependant on human interactions in order to satisfy our needs and accomplish our goals. Most leadership traits can be learned and trained, however leaders are great communicators and their primary task is to inspire and influence others to shift perspectives and take action towards the achievement of a specfic goal for the organization or for the common well-being.
If you work with people, are a manager, an executive member, lead a team or you are service based business owner, this workshop is definetly for you. Preferably this workshop takes place in person in your organization or another suitable workshop space, depending on the number of participants it may be requierd a conference room. In relation to the length of the the Executive and Leadership Culture workshop, it can vary by preference between 1 to 4 full days, yet it will also depend on yur needs and desired outcome.
